Items we don’t provide

Personal toiletries, however there is the usual shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc
Camera (there’s plenty to take pics of!)
Personal electronics chargers; USBs are provided in bedroom sockets but you’ll need your own cables

The Dog House

Dingle Dell is doggie friendly for up to 3 dogs, they even get their own lounge in “The Dog House.” This is a log cabin games room with a large sofa where you can all relax together, especially useful if doggies need a little drying off time after some adventures in the farm stream.

Arrival

Most guests will arrive by car and there is ample parking onsite and EV charging on request. There is also an helicopter landing area if you wanted to arrive in style or arrange a trip!

Please let us know if you are arriving this way; your estimated time of arrival, and if the helicopter is remaining onsite through your visit. All are acceptable and will not incur extra fees.

Utility Room

The utility room is housed at the back of the Dog House. A large American washing-machine and tumble dryer can be used here, alongside a large airer, ironing-board and iron. A small number of washing tablets are provided for your use. A second Aga clothes airer is stored here if you would prefer to dry items this way. (This is particularly useful for wet socks after a trip to the beach etc!)

Outside

Outdoor Wood Burning Stove / Grill

There is an outdoor stove/fireplace available for your use, help yourselves to logs from the log store. Please make sure you leave the grill clean to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

Outdoor Dining

The large Parasol has lighting, the battery unit is in the kitchen drawer and can be replaced with the spare and recharged as required.

The Basics

Iron and Ironing Board

The iron and ironing board are to be found in the Utility Room housed at the back of the Dog House. We ask that they are returned here after use please, if they are taken across to Dingle Dell.

Extra Toilet Rolls etc

Emergency essentials are in the oriental cabinet between the kitchen and lounge and includes;

Kitchen towel
Bin bags

Vacuum etc

The hall cupboard in the hallway is unlocked and includes;

Shark upright vacuum
Dyson handheld vacuum
Mop and Bucket

For little ones

Travel Cots

Two travel cots are provided in the Bridge View and Garden Bedrooms. These are the rooms we recommend for cots due to the family bathroom and dedicated floor space.

Cot location

There’s no requirement to request these as they are stored in each respective room. The mattress is in the wardrobe drawer and the cot itself is on top of the wardrobe. Please provide your own cot bedding.

Garden Room Set up

Suggested Garden room set up is to fold up and stow leather chair and place cot next to wardrobe.

Bridge View bedroom Set up

Suggested set up for Bridge View bedroom is to set up under window area.
