Your check-in time is strictly 4PM, to allow for a thorough changeover from guests leaving on the same day.

We can occasionally arrange an early check-in. So please contact us if you plan to arrive early and we'll do our best to accommodate you (we can’t promise, unfortunately).

Check-out time is strictly 10AM.

If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests. All grounds maintenance also takes place on changeover days so it wouldn't be particularly restful anyway!

We welcome dogs at Dingle Dell as per your booking, for up to 3 well-behaved dogs. Alongside Dingle Dell there is exclusive use of "The Doghouse." Dogs are welcome on the sofa in here so feel free to have some doggy Netflix and chill!

Please respect these following requests to keep our home enjoyable for everybody.

1. Please keep dogs out of the bedrooms and off the carpets in the upstairs of the property due to extended cleaning requirements, but mainly due to some people being allergic;
2. Post walk there is a doggy wash area, with warm water to the rear of "The Dog House." Allow your dog sufficient time to dry off inside "The Dog House;" Dog towels are provided. If any mud or sand is brought into the main property, a dustpan and brush is stored under the sink, and a Dyson handheld is kept in the utility cupboard.
3. Please do not allow dogs to go on the furniture anywhere in Dingle Dell.

We keep Shepherd's Rest pet-free, as the garden is not fully enclosed and accommodation is compact in nature.

There is ample parking on site. The designated parking for Dingle Dell will take 4-5 cars easily with overflow for many more. Parking is free.
